By using TeamTally ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them.

The service

The app helps student teams organize group projects: profiles, team formation, task boards, weekly check-ins, and a contribution log.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Please give accurate information, such as a real name and an email your teammates recognize.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no harassment, no unlawful content, no attempts to access other people's data, and no automated scraping or disruption of the service.

Not an official record

The contribution log and team data are tools to help your group, not an official academic record or grade. Your school's systems and your instructor's judgment govern grades.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter (tasks, check-ins, profile). You grant us permission to store and display it as needed to run the app for you and your team.

AI features

The AI tools (task drafting and the assistant) generate suggestions automatically and can be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything the AI produces before you rely on or save it. The assistant only helps you run your project — it will not do your coursework, and you remain responsible for your own academic work. Use of the AI features is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Changes, governing law, and contact
