What we collect

• Account: your name and email address, so you can sign in and your teammates can recognize you.
• Profile: your availability, skills, and work style, used to group you into balanced teams.
• Activity: the teams and classes you join, tasks you create or complete, and weekly check-ins. These power your team's contribution log.
• Technical: an essential cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not sell your data.

Who can see your information

• You can see your own profile and activity.
• Your teammates can see your name, profile, and your contribution within your shared team.
• A class organizer (instructor) can see the roster of their class and the teams they formed, including task and check-in activity, to monitor progress.

We do not make your information public.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored and secured using Supabase, our database and authentication provider, which processes it on our behalf.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, which removes your profile and check-ins and removes you from your teams and classes. (If you organize a class or own a team, delete those first.) You can also email us at [contact email] to request deletion.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR in the EU and UK), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at [contact email] to exercise them.

Children

The app is intended for users aged 18 and older. It is not directed at children under 13.
