What we collect

• Account: your name and email address, so you can sign in and your teammates can recognize you.
• Profile: your availability, skills, and work style, used to group you into balanced teams.
• Activity: the teams and classes you join, tasks you create or complete, and weekly check-ins. These power your team's contribution log.
• Technical: an essential cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not sell your data.

Who can see your information

• You can see your own profile and activity.
• Your teammates can see your name, profile, and your contribution within your shared team.
• A class organizer (instructor) can see the roster of their class and the teams they formed, including task and check-in activity, to monitor progress.

We do not make your information public.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored and secured using Supabase, our database and authentication provider, which processes it on our behalf.

AI features

TeamTally has optional AI features: the "Draft tasks with AI" tool and the assistant. When you use them, the text you provide (your assignment brief, your questions) and the relevant team data (task titles, member names, deadlines) are sent to our AI provider, OpenRouter, and the third-party model providers it routes to, so they can generate a response.

We currently use free AI models. Under those providers' free tiers, the content sent may be retained and used to train or improve their models. For that reason, please don't paste sensitive personal information into the AI features. AI features are optional — the rest of the app works without them.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, which removes your profile and check-ins and removes you from your teams and classes. (If you organize a class or own a team, delete those first.) You can also email us at mahadihasan6274@gmail.com to request deletion.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR in the EU and UK), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at mahadihasan6274@gmail.com to exercise them.

Children

The app is intended for users aged 18 and older. It is not directed at children under 13.
